  • Practical tools – Each session offers techniques (e.g., guided meditations, prompted journaling, somatic practices) to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and ease. 

  • Lasting change – Through regular practice, you'll strengthen your ability to break old habits and create new, empowering patterns.

  • Community Engagement – Every session includes time for questions and connecting with each other.

  • Virtual Shala on Mighty Networks - A private online space just for you to connect, share reflections, and stay in conversation between sessions

  • Resource library - Guided meditations and visualisations, curated book recommendations, and joy-sparking videos to deepen your practice and nourish your spirit between sessions

  • Small Cohort - capped at 15 participants.

  • 3 month program:

    • Month 1 - weekly sessions build momentum

    • Month 2 & 3 - biweekly sessions build desired habits

    • 8 total sessions

  • Session details – Each session runs for 90 minutes.
