The Inner Practice Space is designed to help you access inner wisdom and navigate life’s challenges with intention—alongside a like-minded community. Think of it as a yoga class for the mind—a place to release old patterns, build inner strength, and grow through regular, intentional practice.
I’m excited to be partnering with Katie Elliott of Curiosity Works for the pilot launch of the Inner Practice Space. Katie is a seasoned learning designer and facilitator with over 25 years of experience creating spaces where people feel safe to connect, collaborate, and think deeply. With a background as a jazz musician and bandleader, she brings a dynamic approach to helping individuals and teams explore, create, and grow. An acclaimed speaker and podcast host (Adventures in Behaviour Change), she is also a member of the Core Gift Institute’s development team and the creator of Amiko Cards, a self-care tool translated into 14 languages.

Pilot Launch
I'm currently launching a 4-week pilot program to test and iterate the design with up to 20 participants at a discounted rate.
Wednesdays at 5pm GMT, 19 March - 9 April

Gain practical tools – Each session offers techniques (e.g., guided meditations, prompted journaling, somatic practices) to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and ease.
Build lasting change – Through regular practice, you'll strengthen your ability to break old habits and create new, empowering patterns.
Group coaching & support – Every session includes time for questions and personalized coaching in a supportive group setting.
Session details – Each session runs for 90 minutes.
Pilot Discounted Cost: $25 for the first 4 sessions + completed feedback form after each session.
